What To Bring
  • Your tickets
  • Valid ID is required by all 18+ persons
  • No under 16’s will be admitted to the festival. People aged 16 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum of four 16/17 year olds per adult (18+).
  • Valid forms of ID are Passport, Driver License and Portman prove it cards. Not providing the correct ID may result in admission being refused and without a refund
  • Please refer to the Terms and Conditions on the website regarding valid forms of ID
  • Enough cash to get you through the day
  • Protection from the sun (hat/sunscreen)
  • If it looks like it’s going to rain, appropriate clothing and footwear.
  • No large (golf/fishermans) umbrellas or chairs
  • Water and non-alcoholic drinks in plastic bottles with unbroken seals are permitted, to a maximum amount of 1 litre
  • Appropriate footwear.
What Not to Bring
  • Alcohol
  • Any illicit substances (you risk being ejected immediately and without refund)
  • ‘Legal Highs’ (you risk being ejected immediately and without refund)
  • Moshing, climbing, crowd surfing, stage diving and other dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated and customers engaging in such activity will risk being ejected.
  • No alcohol, or any liquids in cans or glass bottles to be brought to the festival.
  • Chairs, gazebos, pop up tents, or large (golf/fishermans) umbrellas (picnic blankets will be allowed, although you may be requested to move your blanket by the event organisers)
  • Anything that may be used as a weapon
  • Professional cameras (with detachable lenses), video and tape recorders (small digital cameras are ok)
  • Animals (guide dogs are permitted)

‘Legal Highs’
‘Legal highs’ are unregulated substances that mimic the effects of illegal drugs and can be just as dangerous. They have many names including Legals, New Psychoactive Substances (NPS) and herbal highs. They have been sold as bath salts or plant food and labelled ‘Not for human consumption’ to get around the law. Legal Highs (and of course Illegal Substances) are strictly prohibited at No Tomorrow Festival. Find out more about why at www.whynotfindout.org

Anti-social Behaviour

Antisocial behaviour towards any of our staff, stewards or other customers will not be tolerated and may be met with ejection from the event. Please respect the park and keep litter to a minimum outside of the festival grounds. Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum when leaving the site. Public urination either outside or inside the site will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to eject anyone displaying anti social behaviour from the festival.

Lost Property

Lost and found property at the festival should be reported / handed in at the Information Point. After the event, if you have a lost or found property item, please email the Alt-Tickets Box Office on boxoffice@alt-tickets.co.uk providing your name, phone number and a detailed description of the lost item and please be patience while we check if your item has been handed in.

Disabled Access & Facilities

No Tomorrow is committed to ensuring disabled customers can enjoy our event. We are working closely with Attitude is Everything to provide an event site which is accessible and are working towards their Bronze Award in accessibility on site.

Event Space & Site
The event is held at Wollaton Park, Nottingham, on a sloping, green-field site – although there are some tarmac pathways, these do not run into the stages (which all stand on grass). Weather and ground conditions may be variable.

Entry
There is a dedicated Disabled Entry Gate on level tarmac surface at the top of the driveway, manned by stewards that will allow access to the site. Please exchange your ticket for a wristband here. This is located to the right hand side of the main queuing lanes.

Accessible Parking
An Accessible Car Park and Drop Off is located off the Main Driveway to Wollaton Hall, accessed off Wollaton Road. This is available to all blue badge holding festival goers. The parking is on gravel – however the route from the Driveway to the Disabled Entry Gate is tarmac. Your vehicle must clearly display your blue badge. At the end of the event, the driveway will be busy with pedestrians exiting the event. Please be aware that it may take a while to get out of the site following the end of the event.

Bookable Access Facilities
The following access facilities need to be pre-booked using the Access Requirement form. This form and the required evidence must be sent to us once you have purchased a ticket.

1) Personal Assistant Tickets
Customers with accessibility difficulties who need a full time assistant in order to attend the event are eligible to purchase 2-for-1 tickets, in order to bring a personal assistant or carer to the event at no extra cost. To apply for a 2-for-1 ticket, please buy a full price ticket, fill in the Access Requirement Form and provide us with a form of evidence as listed on the form in order to receive your personal assistant ticket.

2) Viewing Platform
A dedicated viewing platforms will be provided at the Main Stage. The viewing area will be elevated and enclosed with hand railing and accessible via a ramp. In order to gain access to the viewing platform, you need a viewing platform wristband (pre-booking required). This also comes with a lanyard that can be worn by a personal assistant or companion so that they can join you on the platform; there will be some seating available. Viewing platforms will be stewarded to ensure correct use.

The platform at Main Stage is not under cover. Platforms will have some seating for use by a friend or Personal Assistant of the platform user, each disabled guest will be entitled to have one friend or personal assistant accompany them on the viewing platform.

There will be a respite / accessible area at the back of the Big Top Tent at Stage 2 (DJ Stage). This will also be stewarded to ensure correct use and access to this also requires a viewing platform wristband. Once again, your personal assistant or companion may join you in this area by showing their lanyard.

Disabled Toilets
There will be at least one temporary Disabled Toilet at each Toilet location, and one by the Main Stage viewing platform. There is also an existing disabled Toilet in the Courtyard of the Nottingham Industrial Museum building with changing facilities, the small building located near the Main Entry. All disabled toilets are marked on the festival map which will be available the week prior to the event.

Medical Services at the Event
Festival Medical Services Ltd are providing First Aid at the Event should you require any medical assistance.

Seating
There is some seating across the site – however this is limited and is within the food court area only. We recommend that if seating is compulsory to your enjoyment of the event, then please bring it with you, please note this will need to be by special arrangement in advance by contacting access@notomorrowfestival.com as chairs are prohibited from the event.

Lights
Due to the nature of the event there will be flashing lights on all stages and strobe or laser effects may also be used.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

LOCATION
Wollaton Hall and Park, Wollaton, Nottingham, NG8 2AE

WRISTBAND EXCHANGE
There are two Wristband Exchanges / Entrances at the festival arena. The Main Entrance is located at the end of the Main Driveway, accessed from Wollaton Road. There is also an entrance into Wollaton Park from Derby Road, opposite to the University of Nottingham campus. Please note that the Box Office is located at the Main Entrance, so if you need to visit the Box Office to collect tickets etc. it is best to enter the park grounds via Wollaton Road.
Once you have arrived and as long as you have your tickets with you please proceed directly to the Wristband Exchange.

TRAVEL
By Bus / Train
Nearby rail stations include Nottingham and Beeston. There will be buses operating from Nottingham City Centre to Wollaton Park grounds throughout the day and dedicated shuttle services Depart from our shuttle bus station at the close of the event to Nottingham City Centre.

The following bus services are useful for travelling between the City centre and ‘No Tomorrow Festival’

Bus Services from Nottingham City Centre
Nottingham City Transport will operate Service 30 from the Victoria Centre, Milton Street (stop J5) and also serve West End Arcade (stop U2) and the Cathedral, Derby Road (stop Y3).

This shuttle service will operate between 11am and 7pm and drop off in Wollaton Park.

Buses will display ’30 Wollaton Park’ This is the only bus service that will actually operate into the grounds of the Park.

Other bus services do pass Wollaton Park, with access into the Festival possible from the Derby Road entrance.

These are:
Nottingham City Transport: Services 35 & 36 from Victoria centre, Milton Street (stop J3 and stop J4) and Old Market Square (stop A4)
Trent Barton: Service i4 from Broadmarsh bus station and Friar Lane (stop F4)

Bus Services to Nottingham City centre
Nottingham City Transport will operate service 30 back to the City Centre after the close of the festival. These buses will run from inside Wollaton Park (bottom car park) from 9pm on the 6th & 7th June 2015 until site cleared of public. Buses will drop off on Ilkeston Road, Canning Circus and South Sherwood Street (for NTU City campus) and Victoria centre, Milton Street.

Nottingham City Transport services 35 & 36 and Trentbarton service i4 will also pick up at the Derby Road entrance.

Bus Services From The City Centre Onward Locations
On Saturday nights most last bus departures from the City centre leave at midnight although NCT and trentbarton do operate a comprehensive night bus network, with last departures as late as 3.15am.

On Sunday evenings last departures from the City centre are generally at 11pm

Tram Services from the City Centre
Trams operate from Station Street towards Nottingham Trent University with last departures from Station Street at 0029 hrs on Sunday 7th June and 11.29pm on Sunday 7th June.


By Car
Please follow the brown signage to ‘Wollaton Hall’ on all main routes. Access to the festival parking is via the Wollaton Road entrance, accessed from Wollaton Road. Please follow the directions of Parking Stewards once inside the Park grounds.

Drop Off / Pick Up Points
Please follow the brown signage to ‘Wollaton Hall’ on all main routes. Access to the festival parking is via the Wollaton Road entrance, accessed from Wollaton Road. Please indicate to the Parking Stewards once inside the Park Grounds that you are will only require to ‘drop off’ or ‘pick up’ and follow the directions of the Parking Stewards.

Parking Information
Plenty of parking is available and parking tickets are available to purchase upon entry. Parking is charged at £5 per vehicle, per day. Parking tickets can be purchased using cash only. Please have the correct change with you. Please note that there is no overnight parking, we will not allow anyone to stay on site in a parked vehicle.

Campervan or camping vehicle parking will not be permitted. There is no camping on site, please check the Accommodation section for accommodation suggestions.

FACILITIES

Box Office
There is a box office on site adjacent to the Main Wristband Exchange Entrance available from the Main Driveway off the Wollaton Road gate. The Box Office is not able to hold tickets for collection by friends, please ensure everyone has their tickets before arriving.

Cash Points
There will be plenty of ATMs on site, but they do charge a small fee per transaction. We recommend that you bring plenty of cash to make the day the best value for money possible.

Bars and Food stalls
There are plenty of food and bars on site, please visit our Attractions page for more information on what is on offer.

Information Point
The Info Point is your one stop shop for any and all kinds of questions you may have and information you may need, visit us for festival play times, maps, earplugs, hugs, and lost and found property.

First Aid
Festival Medical Services Ltd. will be providing First Aid at the event. Please refer to the Map for the First Aid location. If you need immediate help and are unable to move far from your location please find the closest Steward and report to them.

Merchandise
We will offer a merchandise stand for the artists performing at the event. Come and visit the merch tent on the day to see who has what goodies on sale!

Cloakroom
There is a cloakroom, you will be available to cloak items such as bags and coats for the whole day, and will be able to access your items throughout for a small fee.
